Our media has been carefully sourced with traceability, consistency, and chemical purity in mind. A selection of our powders are considered super precision, meaning the average size of the particle is only + or – 1micron of the specified size. Making it some of the closest grading available. Offering unmatched control of particle size and consistency.

For cutting, De burring, & texturing surfaces :
- Aluminum oxide (alox) Tan
A hard material with a uniform particle shape. Aluminum oxide is ideal for precise lapping, grinding, de burring, & texturing surfaces.
- Alox closely graded Tan
The same characteristics as our other aluminum oxides with one refinement. It contains the most critical of tolerances, + or – a single micron
- ALOX White
A high purity fused aluminum oxide. For use when your application has to consider trace elements or discoloration.
We also offer a supper precision version of the white aluminum oxide
- Silicon carbide
For polishing, blending, or de burring
- Glass bead
Glass bead spheres can lightly de burr, polish, blend or peen the surface of the material. Allowing you to work the part without cutting into the base surface material. This is possible because of the round shape of the particles. Our glass bead media is treated with a lubrication for smooth continuous flow.
- Sodium bicarbonate
A water soluble media for soft & selective interaction of parts. Sodium bicarbonate can work soft surfaces such as polymer coatings.
